About this property

Two-bedroom condo with two brand-new king-size beds in each bedroom along with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo is 1/10 of a mile to the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and 7 minutes to the town of Banner Elk.
There is a stream near the bottom of the deck and it's relaxing to listen to while sitting on the deck at night. There are numerous attractions within the resort such as outdoor ice skating, tubing and hiking trails. Banner Elk is a beautiful mountain town with several great restaurants, antique shops, a winery with fantastic views and plenty of pubs.

Excellent location!

My teenage children and I, plus our dog, enjoyed a great weekend. The location was perfect. We have stayed at the top of the mountain for ski-in ski-out, but preferred to be closer to the resort. Driving and parking was a breeze. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Allen was easily available to answer questions and gave great restaurant and hike recommendations, Would definitely stay here again.
