About this property

Our newly renovated place is an open-concept basement apartment with a private entrance. INCLUDES: a master bedroom with king sized bed & designated work space, 2nd bedroom with 3 twin beds and a split King that can also be set up as 2 XL twins, full bath, laundry room, kitchen, and lg family room. We are excited to share our space and hope you love it here! We are located in a quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes away from two universities (BYU & UVU) and 20-60 MINUTES AWAY FROM 4 SKI RESORTS!!

We hope you will find this newly renovated 1650 sq ft open concept space welcoming and comfortable.

You will have full access to this spacious 2 bedroom basement with full bathroom, living room, kitchen, large pantry and private laundry room. Large grassy areas outside are potentially shared with neighbors.

Absolutely no alcohol or illegal substances allowed on premises.
Smoking or vaping OUTDOORS only.

Excellent stay

This was the cleanest, most well-stocked VRBO for the pricepoint, that we've ever stayed in - and weve stayed in VRBOs all over the US from Washington state to Florida. Very safe neighborhood, close to everything. Owner was great w/communication. Our highest recommendation - we look forward to & will definitely stay here again.
