This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a huge backyard and patio for entertaining. Includes all the home necessities to make your life easier for cooking at a home away from your home. We have included a barbeque pit with a bag of charcoal as well as coffee and water for your convenience. We want you to be comfortable during your stay so you feel at home.

Please note that VRBO collects our state tax of 6% for me but I had to include the city hotel tax as a resort fee which is 7% of the room and cleaning fee. Cleaning fee for this home is $150 due to the size of the home. If you have more than a week stay we will include an extra cleaning fee. There is no smoking in this home and if you do smoke then you should go outside on the patio away from the doors. Any pets must be crate trained and not sleeping on the furniture or beds. If there is excess of pet hair which needs more cleaning then you may be charged an extra cleaning fee to cover these costs. All trash need to go in the dumpster in the alley. All noise must be kept down at night due to it being a residential neighborhood. There are 4 patio chairs on back deck and can be used around the firepit.
