This 4BR/2.5BA features a stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, comfy new furniture and bedding, smart TVs in every room, and modern appliances to make your stay comfortable. Our mattresses will give you the best sleep while traveling, and extra space is available on the couch and trundle beds. Texas Tech is only one block away from this Tech Terrace home.

The living room has a brand-new sectional to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV's as well.

Our spacious kitchen comes stocked with cooking and utensil basics to prepare a meal during your stay. An oven, fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, and other appliances make this kitchen a dream to cook in. The dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home.

The first and second bedrooms feature king beds, with brand new linens to spice up the décor in this property. Nightstands are on each side of the beds and closet space with hangers allows you to hide away luggage. These two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The third bedroom upstairs has a full-sized bed that will sleep two as well.

Outside the upstairs bedroom is an additional bonus room area with attached bathroom. This area has two twin day beds with trundles underneath for those needing to sleep more people.

Both of the full bathrooms are clean, remodeled, and stocked with all the toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Shampoo and body wash are provided in each of the bathrooms. The master bedroom has an attached half bath as well.

A washer and dryer are in unit and are free for guest use.

All areas of the home are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Hidden Grove Estate is located in the sought after Historic Tech Terrace Neighborhood on 20th and Boston. It is surrounded by beautiful historic homes and mature trees and landscaping. Located within walking distance to Tech Campus, local Coffee Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and one block from a bus stop making this convenient to surrounding amenities. The property is located close to everything.

Other than Uber, Lubbock has City Bus Transportation. The bus stop is located on 20th and Akron. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide! Parking is available in the front of the house and there is plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area. The parking space on the west side by the garage is reserved for the tenant who stays in the back of the house.

This property is NOT pet friendly so please make other arrangements for your furry friends. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies.

This property does have a tenant that lives in the loft above the house. This is considered a back house with a separate entrance that is common in the Tech Terrace neighborhood. You will not see or be bothered by the person living in this unit. We just want to disclose this to make sure no one is caught off guard.

Parking is available in the front of the house and there is plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area.
- No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No smoking inside the property
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
