Upscale comfort at Punahele B304, looking at the Pacific ocean beyond the Kona Golf Course

Spacious tropical getaway looks over the Kona Country Club Golf Course and out the Pacific Ocean and offers two bedroom suites. Each bedroom includes a portable AC to keep you cool during the night. The open loft boasts two twin beds and a third bathroom with a shower. (No AC provided for the loft area.) Enjoy breakfast and dinner in the expansive lanai, equipped with a private gas grill, outdoor sofa, and dining sets.

This unit comes complete with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for your convenience. While some snorkel gear may have been left by previous guests, we kindly request that you rent your own equipment to ensure a fun and enjoyable snorkeling experience.

Located along the historic Ali i Drive, overlooking the Kona Country Club, this condo is within walking distance of Keauhou Bay and a short drive to Kahalu u Beach, renowned for its exceptional snorkeling opportunities. The Keauhou Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile away. The maximum occupancy of this unit is four, unless the owner approves otherwise. Please provide the exact number of adults and children during the booking process, as the HOA requires this information for security purposes.

Please note that this unit does not have central air conditioning. However, it does have window air conditioners in the two bedrooms on the main level. There is no air conditioning unit in the third bedroom/loft. Along-bladed ceiling fans provide a pleasant breeze throughout the day, while a cooler breeze emanates from the mountain at night.
