Great choice
The property met the expectations from the pictures and was a great spot to stay if you need to be in this area. The interior was nicely decorated in a beach theme. The kitchen has appropriate appliances and supplies.
The property is a typical "Old Florida" type of place. It's not huge and the bathroom is small. This is how houses were built and people lived before everything was supersized. That being said, it was perfect for the wife and I. I wouldn't bring 4+ people as it would be too cramped. There is a two-bedroom next door that would be great for that.
It is too far to walk to the nearest beach with your beach gear. I did a jog there and that was fine. Easy to get to by car though. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a small cooler. No beach wagon but easy enough to carry your stuff in the car and down to the beach. There are a number of restaurants close by.
There were a couple of small minor issues (slow drain, need of a power strip) that Ken said were being taken care of when we left. We appreciated him getting back to us quickly on a couple of questions.
We would stay again on another trip.
