The home was lovely, with a beautiful view over the bay from the patio. When small issues arose (batteries needed for TV remote), Lisa responded immediately. The setup was perfect for 5 siblings spending the week together. We had a great time!

This property was perfect for our family of 10! The house was nice and the beds were very comfortable which is always a plus with me! It has a separate apartment area that fits a couple with 3 children. Just needs a small refrigerator in there. The owners live next door but are very respectful in giving us our privacy. The owner, Lisa is super sweet and her pups are also. Even the neighbor was very nice! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and a great place to go out on kayaks. It’s dog friendly and for many of us that’s an awesome thing. I would recommend staying there especially if you have a larger crowd wanting to stay together.

Our one week stay in Venice

We were very happy with renting this home for one week. It was in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the bay. The home worked very well for our group of seven, and conveniently located for shopping and days at the beach. We would rent from Lisa again.

great place

/we really enjoyed our stay here. /the property was exactly as described-- swimming, kayaking, fishing right there.. also lots to do nearby/ pool is solar heated so only can get 10 degrees warmer than the air-- a bit chilly if it's not warm outside/ Lisa and Jeff were perfect hosts. highly recommend!

Great waterside house with dock

Fun, clean, and open beach house that is perfect for large family gatherings and located right on Lyon’s Bay. The kitchen was fully equipped and great for barbecuing and the garage was full of pool toys and fishing equipment. Loved using the kayaks and the private dock. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful waterfront getaway vacation home!

We had such an enjoyable time staying at this beautiful place overlooking Lyon's Bay. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, boating, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. We saw lots of dolphin, pelicans, osprey, and manatee while out on the waterway. And the owners were wonderful hosts, sharing information about the area as we watched a gorgeous sunset together. We hope to return someday soon!!
