Such a beautiful home! We enjoyed the welcome goodies and suggestions for places to eat in the area. The home is well stocked with everything we needed for a large group. We loved the large family room with all the seating. Such an enjoyable stay.The kitchen had everything we needed. Our host Rachel gave clear instructions and was quick to answer questions. We loved the many things that there were to do outdoors and can't wait to come back.

The stay was amazing, me and my family enjoyed everything about the house.The host was great, very fast response time. Let me and my family check in early. Left snack and treats for us. You couldn't ask for a better host. By far a great place to stay if you are in the Tulsa area.

We stayed at this property with family (party of 9 1 child) for a get away November 2026 and had the best time. The house was very clean with so much space in the kitchen and pantry for our food, snacks and drinks for 4 days. Enjoyed the coffee makers and filtered water. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Loved the soft, comfy couches with enough room for all of us. Rentals do not usually provide enough comfortable furniture for our large party. Our family commented on how comfortable the beds were as well. The inside and outside spaces allowed room for everyone to be comfortable at all times. We enjoyed making a fire in the firepit with complimentary wood from hosts. Pickleball and basketball were favorites. The outside offerings of dining set, outdoor equipment if you didn't have your own, firewood for pit and even has an outdoor fireplace if it happens to rain or you want a cozy atmosphere around the table. The hosts were very proactive in responding to any questions and/or requests. They left welcome goodies and offered to accommodate early check in or late check out if available. Most of all Rachel was pleasant and anxious to please or problem solve. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts when thinking about accommodating the wants and needs of a large group. Well done. You will not be disappointed with this home. It is as described in listing.

I can’t say enough good things about the host and the beautiful home they shared with us. We are a very big family and it isn’t always easy to find space that can accommodate us all but this home was perfect! The ease of check in and check out along with great communication from the host made it all well worth it.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here! Rachel was a very attentive and gracious host. It was incredibly easy to reach out to her with any and every question we had and she was always quick to respond. It was a very spacious, clean, and lovely home for us all to stay as a family. We came to the area for our grandkids' x-country meet and made a weekend of it. It was easy access to Tulsa. Bristow quail hunting trip

Girl Trip

The property was wonderful as usuall. Our host was awesome and had great recommendations for us. The location is close enough to Sapulpa, Mounds, & Tulsa but private enough for us to come back to and enjoy the country. This was our second stay and we will be back!

What an amazing property, this is our 2nd visit. Rachel & Rick are the best! Oh and if you happen to bring your dog, next door is Noah's Bed & Biscuit where they can have there own vacation.
