Cockroaches

Place was fine until night time when the cockroaches came out . We notified the host and they said they would take care of it . The lawn was not mowed and over 3 ft tall in some spots for my dog to play in great right . The back door dead bolt doesnt work and the ceiling is falling in the front door . Would not recommend unless u like hanging out with cockroaches!!!!

Perfect 4 us

This pet friendly rental was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 2 small dogs. So much more than I expected was provided for us. We were visiting family in the area so we didn't get to site see but there were lots of thing to do in the area. The host was great. Will definitely rent that place again unless my Dad moves again.

Spring Training

Stayed at Tropical Manor for our annual trip to Phillies Spring Training. House was very clean and comfortable, jneighbirhood left a little to be desired. We never felt unsafe, just a lot of police activity in the surrounding area(Pasco County). This being said, I would not hesitate to stay her again. Jacob is VERY responsive and helpful in any way he can be. Dogs loved the fenced yard, as did we! Thanks for everything Jacob
