This is my second stay. Very comfortable space with everything we need. I love the dock on the canal for coffee or cocktails. Host James is readily available via text. Great location when you are here to see performers at Suncoast Broadway Dinner Theatre.
A second floor 2BR/1Bath large unit just off US19 in Hudson Beach, one block in and quiet. Unit has everything you require, comfortable bedding, large couches, large very Living Room, adequate kitchen with modern W/D, Smart TV and sound bar. Immediately next door is Hudson Beach Ice Cream Store which is a gem, been there for years. Hudson beach walkable nearby, mind you not a lot of sand but I was there on business. Virtually every fast food/grocery/Walmart within a few minutes drive. James replies rapidly to your messages. This village north of Port Richey is a mix of old Florida and new. Great value.
The location was good for what we needed and the cute canal in back was nice. James was responsive to any questions or comments we had. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were well stocked. There is ample closet and drawer storage. The ice cream shop is steps away so that is good and bad! Great area for walking up and down the dead end streets. The beach is close but small. We ate at Sam's Bar on the water which was fun. It is an upstairs apartment in Florida so it can get warm but furniture is comfortable and televisions are accessible with a notebook with lots of ideas for the area. It was a good week.

The property was amazing. Had a small issue checking in but other than i still give the property 9/10..Definitely plan to book again...
This was one of the most well-stocked places I’ve stayed at—everything we needed was right there, which made our stay super convenient. It’s not the Ritz, but for the price, it was more than good enough. The space was also surprisingly roomy, which was a nice bonus. Great value overall and would definitely stay again for our quick scallop trip.
It fit our needs and the location was perfect for us. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable, which is pretty important to me. I would come back if we are in the area again.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and well equipped. Has beach right down the street. Plenty of places to go and shop if need be. I recommend for sure and will indeed come again in the future.
my family and I had a great time staying at your property. The area was lovely. The house was lovely. The scenery was lovely. It was quiet and nice. The inside of the house was something amazing. All of the accommodations were easily accessible thank you for having such an amazing property on vrbo
It was a pleasant stay for my husband, myself, and our three kids. We had everything we needed and the propriety was close to our favorite places to visit. We plan on using again in the future.
Property was decent, not the greatest curb appeal, but interior was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was in the house. Beds were super comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The living room couches were very comfy and nice looking. Loved that there was a throw blanket in the living room for the cooler evenings!!
This place was above our expectations! Great location for whar we needed.

Kitchen surfaces were dirty and had to be cleaned. Ice maker has peas and carrots in ice cube tray. When you put ice in a cup you get peas and carrots with the ice. The entry door deadbolt does not work. Mold around the bathtub. Hard to operate tub faucet. Towel rack over toilet rusted at toilet level. Air return grill has rust and mold on it. Air filter full of dust. Entry door frame rotted and loose making it hard to open and shut door. Dock chairs rotted and not usable. Gas grill doesn’t look usable. Mold and mildew on exterior of house. Stairs need repairs. Ceiling fan in MBR did not work, there was an oscillating fan on the dresser which makes it seem like the owner knows the fan doesn’t work. Bed positioned against the closet door requiring you to move the bed to get into the closet.I have photos to backup these statements. Not looking for a refund, just trying to alert anyone else of these conditions.

Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. Since the busy winter season has just concluded, we performed a full seasonal deep clean immediately after your stay. This included servicing the AC filters, deep cleaning the entire interior, and replacing the shower faucet. We are also going to installing a new kitchen faucet next week to ensure everything feels fresh and updated.
Regarding your specific concerns:
Cleanliness: it was cleaned by a substitute cleaner. She might not clean the countertop propelry. I will address this to any new cleaner to be ensure our standards are met.
Appliances: The refrigerator is new with icer maker. I will address how to deal with the automatic icemaker.
Entry: The elctronic digital lock is fully functional; You might not know how to use it. I ensure instructions are even clearer for future guests.
BBQ & Exterior: In Florida, pollen and humidity can accumulate quickly, but we have just completed our scheduled spring pressure washing. Per our house rules, we ask guests to tidy the complimentary BBQ after use.
Layout: We have replaced the bedroom fan and are looking into the furniture layout to ensure easy access to all amenities.
We appreciate your stay and are committed to providing a 5-star experience for all our guests.
Super clean apartment, the kitchen was fully equipped even had condiments. The owner, who was very responsive and friendly, even had an extra air mattress, golf clubs and beach chair in the apartment. We had a great stay.
