Guest Access:
Guests access the property through the front door of Unit A using a digital lock that is programmed with a code specifically for them. The lock will not work until the house rules/disclosures are signed by the booking guest.
The Neighborhood:
For anyone who knows Birmingham, the most common thing we hear about this house is "WOW.. THIS IS AN AMAZING LOCATION!!" The home is located on the Southside close to some of Birmingham's most well known restaurants, parks, and activities. It is also very close to everything else... UAB, hospitals, and the Highland Park Neighborhood, and the highways.
Getting Around:
Although there is no parking on premises, parking on the street is free. There is usually parking available right in front of the house. The street is a small, one-way street so you can park on both sides for most of it! Note that the busiest times for parking are Thurs - Sunday nights when the cafe/bar down the street is open. If you're not planning on going anywhere outside of downtown, you may not need a car at all! Most of downtown is walkable and ubers are easy to grab as well as scooters in the summer!
Other Things to Note:
