We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding that was within walking distance of the property. The property was very clean and comfortable for us. We loved the decor and architecture of the place. We would definitely stay there again.
We stopped here for just one evening on our way to Florida. Lovely place and host and would recommend to anyone! Incredibly clean, modern, and host made our stay seamless and pleasant.
The location is perfect, convenient to fun restaurants and bars as well as great coffee shops within walking distance. Lots of character with hardwood floors and high ceilings. The owners were accommodating and offered helpful tips for the surrounding area and where to find what. I’d definitely stay again!
The townhouse is beautifully redone. The bathrooms are great beds and furnishings are wonderful. My only problem was right at check-in, finding the access from the back of the property rather than the street.
The home was nice and convenient. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating when we needed to check in a day earlier than scheduled. We would stay again!!
Townhouse was really beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Easy check-in. Great communication and host is accommodating. Great space. Be aware that the neighborhood is not easy on the eye like the home but it was safe. I would book again
It is centrally located to UAB and downtown Birmingham. It feels spacious and has all the amenities. It is cute and modern. We stayed with 2 adult couples, 2 teens, and 10 year old for a wedding. The bedrooms upstairs were nice and the beds super comfy. There are 2 separate living rooms with a daybed, chaise, 2 couches and one folds out to a full size bed. That was awesome for us. The negatives for our group were that there were no extra sheets- pillows to turn them into beds. There's a nice kitchen if you want to cook, 2 nice bathrooms, 3 smart tv's, and a washer/ dryer. Overall everything that we needed.
The house, location, stay was absolutely perfect. Within walking distance to multiple cool places, bar and grills, top tear restaurants and venues.
All around just great!!
This is a beautiful place. It had all the amenities you could want it was very clean and was in a beautiful side of town. I just love this unit I would come back anytime to stay.
We went to Birmingham for a quick getaway to enjoy the city and check out the food scene. The townhouse had a ton of character and we really liked the finishes and decoration. Very clean and well maintained. The location has lots to offer with restaurants and shops within a mile of the property.
The property was clean and incredibly well decorated. Within walking distance of Highlands shops and Lakeview. Communication with the property owners was a breeze. Certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a central area of Birmingham.
Terri and Mason were great hosts and accommodated my requests for my large family to stay together during my wedding weekend! We had plenty of space and loved the natural light in the living room and bedrooms. They kept us updated with a power outage prior to check in but still allowed us to check in early and power was quickly restored. Great location and quick access to restaurants, coffee, and downtown! We love the Highland Park neighborhood and would definitely book here for my family to stay again when we’re all in town!

Parking spot could use some re-paving or leveling out very lumpy and bumpy. I noticed the other designated spots were flatter and much more leveled. The parking is kind of tight but manageable BUT there was a vehicle parked about 15 ft (not in a designated spot) and made very difficult for me to pull in/out my spot with my suv. There are curtains and blinds everywhere except the back door ( which is the main entrance) and the kitchen so window coverings there would be nice …. Overall the place served its purpose and we were comfortable for the night.

Pet friendly is a joke
Summary—sugar ants in kitchen entire stay, property clearly not pet friendly as there wasn’t a blade of grass nearby. Had to walk down steep driveway and across busy street to walk dogs. Not the greatest neighborhood to walk at night. Very steep steps to upstairs where bedrooms are located is very tough with heavy luggage and small dogs found stairs hard to maneuver. Needless to say we left a day early. Property should never be advertised as pet friendly.

Completely fine!
We stayed with 4 adults ranging from 33-42. I did not receive check in instructions and had to reach out to the host, Terri, who responded with instructions very quickly through VRBO. The description says there is a digital lock on the front door, but when we got there, there was no digital lock and I had to call Terri’s cell for clarification because we were certainly at the right place. Terri did not answer or ever respond to my voicemail. We didn’t know it at the time, but Google maps takes you to the front of the property and the ‘front’ with a digital lock is actually not on the street and instead in a back parking lot. This would have just been helpful to know. The property is very cute and there’s clearly been a significant amount of updating done, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. When I hopped in the shower as soon as we got there, there was a good bit of hair stuck to the upstairs tile shower wall and the beds do not have duvet covers on them, but instead fitted sheet, naked duvet, and top sheet on top of the duvet- just odd. Fortunately we did not spend much time at the house because we realized there were fleas upstairs in the room with the queen sized bed. We did not receive any check out instructions, much like check in. Over all, a passing score that could be improved with better communication, some tidiness, and no biting critters. Very, very cute though!
