I enjoyed my stay the location was great easy to walk to Saturday market and restaurants great wine bar next door and an excellent pizza place half a block away.My grandsons loved the river playground which was within walking distance.Great communication with the host answered messages quicklyThe only drawback was the noise from the train so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable and needs a new mattress

Very clean but very small , upstairs unit not Ada friendly
This is our second time staying here, this time for UO graduation. We were happy to see this property come available during this busy time. Prices overall were high due to demand but this was reasonable given the time of year. In the fall it was much lower even though there was a football game. What we like about the property1. Location: close to the school, shopping and restaurants 2. Size: it worked for 3 people. You can turn the living room into a second bedroom if you use the pull out, which was perfect for our daughter. The kitchen is a nice size with proper amenities3. Cleanliness: one of the reasons we came back to the property. Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there4. Parking: a dedicated area for all cars at the location5. Safe: we never had any safety concerns while staying at the propertyBe prepared to walk up steps to the apartment, There are multiple apartments in the house and the stairs are steep so not great if you have difficulty climbing or carrying bags.Overall we are very happy with this property.
