Clean..older hotel so maybe can use sprucing up

Great location...close to restaurants and convenience store. Older property but good customer service. Didn't take advantage of Heated pools, cause we spent all day at Universal Orlando the first day, and seaworld Orlando the second day

The pool area needs attention. Lots of trash in the landscape. Most of tubes were flat till last day

It was good. Other than barking dogs that were left alone. The trash around the pool. The bartender lady should be fired.. we still enjoyed the getaway

Lazy days

Kids had a blast on the lazy river, wish it was open for longer hours. The room was very clean and smelled nice, although the shampoo they use in the hallway had a strong smell ( possibly to keep clean because of the dogs, smelled like flea shampoo). I seen them mopping and shampooing at ever turn so it was very clean. The restaurant food was tasty also but couldn’t get em on the phone so had to go down in person, but they did a good job also. Overall we had a great stay with our little yorkie.

Few bumps

Room we got the door wouldn't stay closed we had a lady walk in our room They moved us to another room. 2nd room the bathroom vent didn't work and day of check out the key didn't work while we we're moving our stuff to car. Door locked and we couldn't get in when checkout was 11am this was 9am.
