BEST NEW Ski-In Ski-Out 2 bd/2ba Condo. Pool/Hotub

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the only true ski-in, ski-out at the top of Sugar Mountain. This unit is THE BEST location in Sugar. It is literally 100 feet from the new high speed ski lift on Sugar. It is also 100 steps from the condo amenities that include hot tub, sauna, pool and gym. Amazing views from the deck including multiple mountains all the way into Tennessee.

The space
This is a first floor, two bed two bath condo. There are a few steps down into the unit.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, on suite with walk-in tile shower.

The second bedroom includes a full bed and also custom twin bunks. You can easily sleep 3 kids in this room.

The guest bath includes double vanities and a tub/shower combination.

The kitchen had all new appliances and a small breakfast bar. We also provide a Kuerig and traditional coffee maker. The living room has a small sectional sleeper sofa and 2 reclining chairs.

High speed WiFi.
TVs located in both bedrooms and living room.
Smart TVs including YouTubeTV, HULU, Disney+, NetFlix, Amazon Prime.
Guest access
Guest will access the unit with a smart lock.

Wow... the best slope views! Walk to the new highspeed lift at Sugar Mountain. Be the first one on the slopes.

The clubhouse has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling in nice grassy areas.

No skis, snow boards or ski boots allowed in the unit. There is a ski locker located outside the unit.

Tale a break from the slopes to catch all the NFL action... we have NFL Sunday ticket.

This is a no-smoking unit.

This was my first time in a ski-in/ski-out condo and it did not disappoint! Getting to the lift was easy and quick. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The views are incredible as well. We will definitely be back!

Snowboarding Trip

The location was perfect. My husband and kids were able to snowboard directly from the property as the lift is right there. They were able to stop and take breaks for drinks/snacks/lunch.

Great ski vacation

Great condo, very well stocked, clean, and as advertised. Property manager was super responsive. We had a great time on our ski vacation! The only thing that we didn’t realize was that the property backs up to a blue (intermediate) ski trail, and since we had young children with us, we couldn’t take advantage of this and had to take them to ski school or lifts for the green trails, which were about a 10 minute drive away. It was our mistake for not researching it better.
