The heart of the house is a massive cathedral-ceilinged great room equipped with board games, a SONOS speaker and record player. The integrated kitchen is chef-friendly. Our bathrooms - one with a modern glazed shower, the other with a vintage clawfoot tub include toxin-free products from Public Goods. Set within a 15 acre property that includes pollinator gardens, fields and a deep pine forest, guests are free to explore, and to enjoy a sunset barbecue on the newly refinished back patio. A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
