This beautifully updated townhouse has a community pool, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball court, playground, private parking, and entertainment center room. Perfect for longer stays. The house is situated in a quiet and nature-filled community overlooking a large lake. Centrally located close to USF, Moffitt, and Busch gardens. Approximately one hour drive to highly rated beaches and Orlando.

Terrific Lodging in a quiet neighborhood close to Tampa

Loved the VRBO! Spacious and very clean with a well equipped kitchen, screened-in back porch and very comfortable bed. Had access to a a great community swimming pool; most of the time, we were the only people in the pool. Quiet and well-kept up, walkable neighborhood. It is close to USF, Busch Gardens and other Tampa attractions are easily drivable. Great location for a sproing get-away from the winter cold up north. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay with Every Personal Touch!

Erik is the perfect host providing every thougtful personal touch and convenience! The home is roomy, quiet, private and comfortable with nicely appointed furnishings and inviting decor. The kitchen is lovely, the beds exceptionally comfortable, the laundry facilities most useful, TV access, A/C and the safe, peaceful community neighborhood all a plus. We enjoyed our time in this home so much that we desired to extend our stay. Communications with our host were exemplary and easy access to the home appreciated. Erik and this lovely property have our highest recommendation!

Beautiful Townhouse Close to All the Things

Our family of 6 (including adults, teens, & child) stayed here for a week of spring break. We came to take in the Tampa area and this home was a perfect home base for us. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen offered all the things we needed for making some easy meals before & after our day trips. Easy access to Busch Gardens, downtown Tampa, and to the beaches. Also lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. Located in a nice neighborhood with beautiful pool, basketball, tennis & pickleball courts that we enjoyed using while there. Also has a nice lake in the middle that my teen boys enjoyed fishing in while keeping watch for alligators. Host was excellent! Very helpful in answering our questions and making sure we had all that we needed. Also had a goodie basket for us upon our arrival including frozen pizzas in the freezer which was an A+ for my teenage sons. We felt very comfortable, safe, and welcomed here. We highly recommend this host/property and will definitely stay again whenever we return to the area.

EXCELLENT!!!

This house was beautiful and gave a very much, “home away from home” feel. We were checked on periodically, and always had access to quick replies for any questions or concerns. The area is so peaceful. Great spot to not have to drive far getting places. The pool was very nice and we didn’t have any problems! We ended up not having garbage bags, and right after we contacted the owner, they brought them and left them in the back for us! Very welcoming hosts, and great area. 10/10!!!
