Not great. Unacceptable.
This property was close to the USF campus and our daughter's graduation ceremony. Upon entering the condo properties, the buildings all looked unkempt which was disappointing. Getting into the condo was easy with our special code and Erik was immediately available to help me troubleshoot how to lock up. The place looked nice and clean but we were met with a stench of old cigarette smoke wafting in the air. Still, we checked in and got settled. The next morning I awoke with severe allergies, swollen, itchy and irritated eyes. I also noticed bits of animal fur clinging to the window shades. The showers, bathroom and kitchen appeared clean and well-supplied with basics. However, upon opening the laundry room, I found the reason for my bad allergic reaction. That laundry room reeked of cat urine! It was super obvious and very offensive! The washer's rim was covered in mold and the dryer was not much better. Still, laundry had to be done and this was the only option. Very off-putting. Very offensive. My daughter stayed at the property with us and found she could not sit on the couch while wearing shorts because her legs became covered in hives where they touched the surface. I brought these complaints to Erik who offered to send someone over to clean, but this was bigger than a quick cleaning project and also inconvenient. Because of graduation, other accommodations weren't available. Erik did not offer any compensation other than an hour late checkout. Unacceptable conditions.
