Quite neighborhood, close to State Farm(Cardinals) stadium, casino, spring training and shopping/dinning district. (Less than 5 miles) Outdoor entertainers back yard with large screen TV, firepit and gas fire table, seating for up to 10. Private master bedroom with attached bathroom/shower. Second -Double bedroom with partition, king bed 1st room. Third partitioned bedroom with double daybed and twin pullout. Also, office area off dining area can have a single pop-up bed. Fully furnished living room with extra-large couch, dining and kitchen with all linens and kitchenware. Fridge partially stocked, help yourself! Washer/dryer in separate utility room. Just bring your clothes and you're ready for a relaxing weekend or off to the stadium or spring training, shopping and dinner.
