Great location

Great location just a few steps from Playa Grande and Playa Ventana. Very secure place. Nice to have a swimming pool outside the door. Well maintained. Stephano was very helpful and responsive.

Playa Grande

This location is very close to Playa Grande Beach from which Ventanas Beach and Carbón Beach are accessible(walking distance). Super markets are near by (driving distance) and other beaches are at reasonable driving distance : Conchal, Brazilito, Blanca and Potter). Tamarindo Beach is 40 min drive. Overall great for us but too quiet for our kids (30 years old).

Great location!

This villa is in a complex of five villas, towards the end of a road that has almost no traffic. It was quiet and peaceful, although you could hear the other occupants and we are sure they could hear our two little boys playing. Coming out, it is just a quick couple hundred meters down another dead end road to the beach. It was amazing! We saw a deer, monkeys, iguanas, coati, and all kinds of birds! The

Major Issues

Ceiling falling down in master bath. Water on floor due to major roof damage plus mold. Slider door to pool inoperable. Had to lift door to get out. TV remotes did not work. Door handle was broken and dangling. Rusted out. No glassware. Only large plastic smelly plastic cups. No wine glasses. Window in laundry room rusted open. Critters would fly in plus a/c flows out the window. Missing knob on one kitchen cabinet. Left sink stopper in master bath rusted closed. No diverter on kitchen sink faucet. Water sprays everywhere. I would like you to consider a partial payment. We stayed in this exact unit 7 years ago & it’s gone downhill since then.

We had a some really hard rains before and during the guests stay. Unfortunately a leak was formed and damage the roof. We address this problem immediately and has been fix 100%. The sliding door was working great, but was broken by the guest. Thats why they could not use is. The door is working perfectly now. Guest damage the laundry window and did not let us know until now. You could close the laundry's door to avoid this problems as well. We had plenty of other guest all really happy.
