La Costa is in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to La Costa. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. April 2024 Girls Trip

The property was clean, safe and in a great location. The unit had everything we needed. There were some minor issues that we sent to management via email after we checked out. Glenda in the management office was so helpful to us. The chaise lounges for the beach were well worn and were difficult to drag out to the beach. Would definitely recommend this propert; we had a great time!

ideal oceanfront condo

Very clean, tastefully decorated, updated condo. Literally steps from the white-sand beach. Wonderful screened-in balcony, covered parking, and super- convenient location. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available in the condo's storage closet, and there were more chairs near the beach that could be used by anyone staying in the building. Would def. stay here again.
