When you arrive at the main gate entrance for access, please be prepared to show your ID for all occupants over 18 years of age that will be in the vehicles.

To prepare your access, we’ll need the full name of all drivers in your group, exactly as shown on their driver’s licenses. This is required for entry into the resort, so please be sure the names match the license.

We will need to get a list of all guests over 18 years of age that will be staying at the Resort prior to you checking in so you can gain access. Once you are through the gate, you will proceed to the Clubhouse for your parking and amenity passes. If you are checking in late or after hours, you can pick them up the next day. Once at the Pool Villa, you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number to open the door and disarm the alarm. The number used will be the number of the person that made the reservation.

Our Paradise Pool Villa is only minutes to Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and other attractions. The new Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers a dine-In movie theatre, tons of restaurants, state of the art water park, and weekend festivities such as car shows, an artisan market, and evening concerts with various artists.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide space for up to 12 guests, including two king ensuites and a queen ensuite. Another queen bedroom offers additional comfort, while the themed room with two twin beds adds a playful touch. Each room includes thoughtful storage and room-darkening shades to support restful nights.

The open living area gives you a welcoming place to regroup with a large sectional and 55 inch HDTV offering extensive streaming options. Upstairs, the game loft brings together a sofa bed, game console, and multi-game entertainment including ping pong and pool. For younger guests, an indoor children’s playroom stocked with toys, books, and games creates a dedicated spot just for them.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, complemented by a dining table and additional seating at the breakfast bar. Coffee and kitchen basics are provided, and the layout makes it simple to cook while still connecting with the rest of the group.

The private outdoor pool is available year-round, and a gas BBQ grill, hammock, and outdoor furniture offer relaxed spaces to enjoy the warm weather. Heating for the pool or Spa is available for an additional fee. A private patio or balcony offers quiet moments at any time of day. Guests also have free resort access to nearby facilities, expanding your recreation options beyond the home.

Our villa is beach and Disney-themed and offers ROKU tv in every bedroom and the loft area, a virtual workspace area, and high-speed Wi-fi. Bidet in Master and first-floor bathrooms, Fully stocked Kitchen, Barbecue Grill, ceiling fans in every room, arcade, table, and board games.
