This newly renovated brownstone apartment suite includes modern decor from ROVE concepts and modern lighting, located just 15 minutes from Manhattan, 1 block away(C train) in the heart of Brooklyn with great restaurants and bars.
Our place includes the following amenities.
King size bed, High-speed WiFi access, 65 OLED Apple TV.
Relax in a spacious, beautifully decorated living room with copious amounts of natural light.
Utilize the fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances you need to cook your favorites meals. This beautiful Brooklyn based apartment has everything to make your feel at home when far away from home.

Other things to note
To continue safety measures post Covid-19, we highly recommend enhanced cleaning and sanitization to guests staying beyond 5 days. A flat fee of $120 applies. If you are staying 10 days or longer there will be a mandatory cleaning during your stay.

If any type of smoke cigarettes or weed is detected, there will be a $250 fine.

Great Stay!

I ended up at this property after a last minute change and Travis was so accommodating and helpful! He got me in when I needed a place to stay and communicated so well throughout the entire process. The suite is beautiful, clean and everything works well.Travis was quick to answer any questions I had and checked in to make sure everything was going well throughout my stay. It’s close to places to eat and the subway, but has such a nice neighborhood feel. I wish I had more time here!
