This is a great space for travel nurses & traveling professionals. We are located 2 miles from Kaiser (Modesto) & 7 miles from Doctors Medical Center. The apartment is set up with many essentials that you may need for a stay. Wi-Fi & laundry facilities available. Close to grocery markets and food trucks. Our newly remodeled studio apartment set up with a new queen bed, new mattress, crisp white sheets, duvet comforter, side table, lamp, pub table & stools. Closet available for storage/clothing. Enjoy the availability of a full kitchen equip with a refrigerator, microwave, stove & oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots & pans & various kitchen essentials. New Mini split to offer heat & air in addition to the ceiling fan. The space includes a 39-inch wall mounted smart TV & WiFi. Updated bathroom with shower includes toiletries. Washer & dryer available. Montlhy stays include bi-weekly housekeeping. Entry doors are set up with smart locks. Ring camera located on property. Guest will have access to the entire studio apartment which is private. Guests also have access to the laundry room where coin operated washers & dryers, vending machine. Please note this apartment complex is located in Salida Ca and approximately .5 miles from the train tracks. Trains pass daily and can be heard from the studio. Guests have access to carport or parking lot spaces.

Nice little studio. Clean. The train noise was not bad at all. The bed was very soft, Very Soft. This unit is on the second floor with steps to climb. I wouldn't, have stayed in this unit if I knew this. That was not mentioned in the description at all and should be. I'm a senior with a bad knee.
