I love this place. The pool is lovely. It's hard to find a place with this many rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, pool tables, a big dining room table for a large group. We cooked out, we ate in downtown Blue Ridge, we cooked big meals in this kitchen. We've had a great time. And only about 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge.
Rented this house for our family vacation. We have a large family and had a wonderful stay!! Yulia was a fabulous host and answered all our questions. I do need to apologize for my family completely stripping the beds. I'm sorry. Pool was clean and plenty of lounging area. My grandsons loved the downstairs bunk room and "their own private kitchen" which was wonderful for teenage boys!! Both kitchens had everything we needed. The only suggestion I could think of would be to raise the number of garbage bags allowed, especially for large families, but Yulia was wonderful and handled it for us. Rumor has it that we are thinking of renting it again for next years vacation. I highly recommend!!
House and pool was fine. Little fire ring area. So convenient to downtown. Plenty of room. Property needs more trash can because with a group of 20 you are only allowed 6 kitchen bags. The rest you have to take to a sight where you are charged for trash. So that was inconvenient and added cost as they weigh bags.

The host was quick and great to work with. The host was even gracious and gave us extra time to check out. Number of beds and bedrooms and bathrooms were as described in the listing. However, whoever has been cleaning or maintaining this property needs to be fired and a thorough cleaning done of the entire residence. Trash was in the trash receptacles. Clothes were left behind from the previous visitors, food was in the freezer from the previous visitors. Cobwebs on ceilings and walls that had been there for an extensive time. Many of the ceiling tiles in the bathrooms desperately need to be replaced. The only way I could recommend or stay at this place again is if I knew it had been extensively cleaned and updated.

Being a host isn't always easy. Over the last 15 years we've had the privilege of hosting so many wonderful families, and that's what makes it worthwhile. Every now and then, though, we encounter guests who ask for early check-in, late checkout, enjoy the property for their entire stay, never report concerns while they're here, and only raise them after checkout while requesting a substantial refund. Without knowing about the concerns during the stay, I had no opportunity to correct them. Most could have been resolved with a quick maintenance visit, and every issue listed has already been addressed. In this case, the refund discussion also became tied to the review, which was disappointing.
I genuinely welcome constructive feedback, suggestions, and recommendations from every guest—they help us continue improving the property. Whenever something is brought to our attention, we address it as quickly as possible. That commitment to continuous improvement is one of the reasons we've been proud to host families here for many memorable years.
Wonderful facility for multiple age groups. Pool was wonderful. House layout great for putting kids to bed while adults stayed up. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Made for a great vacation with family. Hope to come back again next year.
This cabin was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. It was clean and homey. There were plenty of bedrooms, well stocked bathrooms and space for everyone to spread out to play games or rest. Plus, a baby bed was available for our youngest family member. The pool table and foosball were highlights for the grandchildren, as well as hiking to the creek and in the woods around the home. Having two well stocked kitchens was great for cooking together. Our host was easy to work with, a good communicator and available for any questions! We highly recommend this home if you would like a good experience while visiting the sights found in the Blue Ridge, Georgia, area!
We had a family reunion here & all the kids LOVED it - the pool was nestled in the the shade, grown up loved the house & the the games inside. Fire pit & grill were used, the kitchen had plenty of dishes for everyone. Would recommend & stay again!
