Investment Property
We are pretty sure no one has ever lived in this property the lighting is harsh and almost unusable. If anyone had ever lived in this home there would have been dimmers installed long ago. One of the video games in the garage was turned off and required an account to access we did not have this so we could not play.
The property was clean and spacious but communication with the property manager left a lot to be desired. I submitted my list of guests including myself two days prior to our arrival yet when I arrived at 9:00 pm my name had been left off the list and security gave us a very hard time getting in. My guests were told they could enter but I would have to wait to be added to the list by the property manager. Make sure you submit every adults name and make sure they have valid ID the refused to let an 80 year old friend of the family on the property because he did not have ID.
It is a solid value but it is more like a large hotel than a home.
