- Private pool10,000 gallon private pool, one of largest in the community. It is not heated. L-shaped pool measures 28-1/2 feet long, 9 to 13 feet wide.
Notes
- The Track in Destin has several go-cart tracks, bungee jumping, kiddie rides and coin-operated amusements. Big Kahunas is a water park and has a mini-golf course. Kids will like Fat Daddy's with its coin-operated machines. Ft. Walton Beach, a few miles away, has The Gulfarium, a marine park with shows and exhibits. Baytowne Wharf, about 5 miles from the house, is a family fun spot with restaurants, boutiques, nightclubs, amusements, a kid's playground and fireworks several nights a week during the summer. The area is full of restaurants, from Micky D's to fine dining. Lots of pizza, sushi, oyster bars and seafood. You may wish to rent a street-legal golf cart for running to/from the beach. A street-legal cart can be used on any street with speed limits of 35 mph or under, must obey all traffic laws and must be parked in our garage when at the home. Search for Pelican's Elbow website for links to restaurants, water sports, cart rentals, fishing, entertainment and shopping.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

The Pelican's Elbow is a beautiful, well maintained home in a gated beach community. Destin/Miramar Beach is a family-oriented beach vacation destination, with one of the nicest white sand beaches in the country. Our area has a small-town feel, with lots of shopping and entertainment.
What makes this House unique
The Pelican's Elbow has one of the largest private pools in the community, in a fenced-in back yard. The pool is 'L-shaped,' 28-1/2 feet long by 9-13 feet wide (not heated). Best of all, the pool is all yours – no sharing with the neighborhood or a condo association. Perhaps you are back from an afternoon at the beach, or it’s after dinner – the pool is a great place for the kids (and adults) to enjoy themselves without the need to organize an expedition. You'll have a nice patio beside the pool with a picnic table and gas grill. And there is a good size fenced back yard with several trees (lemon, banana, pomegranate) and tropical landscaping. After a long day of enjoying yourself, get a great night's sleep on the top quality memory foam mattresses throughout the home.
