3 Suite Vacation Haven @ Topsider - NEW Resort Style Pool & Gym for 2024

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish condo with bed space for up to 6 guests and all of the amenities to make you feel at home while vacationing in luxury at the Lake!

Located just off of the Grand Glaize Bridge at mile marker 19 in Osage Beach, this condo is exactly where you want to be for all of your activities at the Lake.

The brand new Topsider is exactly where you want to be. While enjoying the panoramic view from your oversized, private deck, you can watch the boats come in and out under the Grand Glaize Bridge while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink of choice. This new complex is still adding amenities and facilities but guests joining us in 2023 will have access to the beautiful lakeside swimming pool, covered dock for fishing if you're looking to cast a line, free parking, and free WiFi.

With a King in the Main Suite and Queens in each of the other two guestrooms, everyone can sleep comfortably with their own space. During the day, enjoy relaxing on your oversized covered deck with a beautiful panoramic view of the Lake before heading down to the family pool or infinity pool for some sun, one of four covered docks for some fishing, a local marina to pick up a boat or wave runner, or off to enjoy the endless amount of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

By water, you are at the 19th mile marker of the main channel and the 1st mile market of the Grand Glaize Arm. By land, this condo is centrally located in Osage Beach making most destinations <5 minutes away and almost all activities and attractions just a 10-15 minute drive including golf, shopping, lakefront dining, and more!

When you’re back home and looking to relax, enjoy that beautiful sunset, catch up on the day with your free Wifi access, watch TV on the flat screen over the elegant electric fireplace, or even catch up on your TV binge using the streaming services available on one of 4 TVs provided in each bedroom and Living Room.

Development is still ongoing at Topsider bringing new amenities online as they go. While guests may be aware of construction further down the cove during their stay, guest feedback has not found this to be intrusive to their vacations.

BRING YOUR BOAT!
Ask about the availability of our multiple Boat Slips available in 12x40, 14x40, and 14x36! Topsider DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is safe and extremely close both by water and road.

***In general, slips will be provided on a first request basis between the multiple condos that we offer at Topsider for $25/night. If a specific size is needed please confirm availability to avoid any issues.***

Still under construction

The place was nice and semi clean the floors were a little dirty and still had some garbage in the garage cans . Also the lock in the front had very low better which we were scared it wouldn’t work everytime we would come back to the condo. We also couldn’t adjust the thermostat because it needed a code . The place is still being built so not much to be expected since there’s construction going around. That area I feel is barely getting businesses open and the outlet store had just a couple stores not good for shopping. Next time we would definitely stay in Branson. I do have to say Scott was nice to check in that next day and responded to my message about the water situation and door situation. Thank you

Beautiful Condo, Excellent location

Enjoyed the amenities of the condo, the location, and pool. The condo was beautifully furnished, clean and inviting; we enjoyed our stay immensely! The elevator wasn’t installed yet, no mention of this via the description and as our location was on the 4th floor, carrying coolers was a bit of a challenge, but not enough to detract from the overall 5-star experience of our stay!
