This is an owner operated rental home, the house is fully stocked and furnished comfortably because it’s what we like! We hope you'll like it too.

• Comfortably sleeps 10 people on Tuft & Needle mattresses
• Space for 10 around the custom handmade dining table
• Restoration Hardware and Crate & Barrel furniture in the living room
• Outdoor gas fire pit, indoor gas fireplace
• Hot tub maintained after each guest stay
• Dog friendly, upon request
• Separate living space above the garage with kitchenette and full bathroom
• Game room garage featuring ping pong, shuffle board, and a smart TV

Bed and bath details:
• Master bedroom on main floor – king bed with ensuite bathroom including dual sinks and a luxurious walk in shower
• Bedroom 1 upstairs – king bed, shares jack & jill bath with bunk room. Bedrooms have their own sinks, toilet and shower is shared
• Bedroom 2 upstairs – bunk room, shares jack & jill bath with Bedroom 1
• Bonus room above the garage – king bed with full bath
• There is an additional powder room off the kitchen

Perfect Getaway!

The communication with the owner was the best I have ever experienced and I have rented and stayed at my fair share of rental properties! The house was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We all appreciated how comfortable the beds were (including the sheets and pillows) and wished we would have booked a longer stay.

Snow Vacation

Met all my expectations! Well designed home for family vacation. Hot tub and rec room were a hit. Kitchen very well appointed. Beautifully decorated. Beds so comfortable. Much snow and beautiful view of the forest from the living room/kitchen. Loved it!

Perfect Thanksgiving away from Home

For two families who have school age, preteen-teen kiddos and dogs it was perfect! This woodside modern cabin is a great location from Seattle especially for Thanksgiving break..not to far of a drive but just far enough. The main kitchen was wonderful for prepping and cooking a large meal. The modern cabin is spacious and clean. Check in and out was easy as pie. This place is near Suncadia. It was hard to determine if it was part of Suncadia or not. We learned that the pools at Suncadia are not open to guests from this cabin, even for a fee but the pool at Nelson Farm is. However, the pool at NF was closed probably because it's an outside pool??? Not sure. The outside fire place, hottub and indoor game room, (all part of the house) were very nice. The only two things that could have made this place even better are having the 5th bedroom attached to the main house (but it's not far away at all..just above the game room/garage) and a fenced in back yard for the dogs. Overall, it's superb and will most likely visit again!! The hosts were easy and fun to communicate with. We truly appreciate that.
