The inside of the house is all very nicely updated. The kitchen had everything we needed and is beautifully done including a coffee/ beverage bar with its own beverage refrigerator. The dining area is a little small but perfect for four people. There were four of us staying so having 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect. Each bedroom has its own tv and the beds were very comfortable. There’s plenty of driveway parking for multiple vehicles. The town is charming. We would highly recommend eating at Gizmos Tavern and visiting Ladoga Ridge Winery! I would definitely stay here again when I return to the area.

The host was great and is the reason for the 5 star review! The house was pretty good. It fit our needs. Plenty of parking space. It would have been a great place to hang out. It was pretty cold during our stay and the house has difficulty keeping up with it. The hot water ran out quickly for showers as well. It may have been related to weather conditions though. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Eras Tour Stay

We stayed at this house when we went to see Taylor Swift at the Arrowhead Stadium. We had a large group and the house was perfect for us to all fit comfortably! It was near all the KC spots to visit but not in the city which was nice. The area was very nice and we would stay here again!

Excellent VRBO! Clean, tidy, nice layout, well-stocked, and the perfect location. Smithville is a darling little town, and the location of the house on Main Street allows you to walk to shops and restaurants. The owners are lovely, and respond immediately to questions and inquiries. I would definitely stay in that home again.

Smithville VRBO—Great Home, Great Location

My family and I (a mini-reunion—sisters from Texas and Arkansas, and my kids from Nebraska) all met in Smithville. The home was as beautiful as shown in the listing, and we were very happy to find that it was a short distance from the front door to the nice little downtown area, with good BBQ, a sports bar and grill, and gift shops all within a 10 minute walk.
