Price is right

hallway leading to the ice machine (this was a motel setting) could have been more cleaner. Granted it is an older building and a hotel. My bathroom shower needed some caulking around the tub (I can see mold/rotting coming from water damage if this is not taken care of. ) flooring from the bathroom to sink area needs to be replaced, but that would need a total renovation of the carpet being replaced, etc. Not sure if upper management wants to spend the $ to do that.
