Safe neighborhood, with a police officer living next door. Nicely stocked kitchen with everything needed for a a large gathering. Right up the street on a two minute walk to a nice community park that gives access to the Pinellas Trail for hiking, biking or rollerblades.

You Get What You Pay For

Lots of potential for a great place BUT; this is a cross between staying at grandmas house that hasn’t been updated since 1965 and a college Frat house. Many different odors from smoke to pet, stained, dirty furniture. Stained sheets, had to take sheets off and shake them “clean” from small particles of who knows what. Killed a cockroach on the kitchen floor. We probably should have left the night we arrived and asked for a refund but we endured since we litterally only slept and showered there. Owner said it was his first attempt at vacation rentals. Sorry I had to pay for it.
