Just launched in January, 2020, this fresh, clean home just completed a full remodel and has been converted by long time owners to a 100% dedicated vacation home. Full kitchen remodel just completed in Jan., 2020, with new all-wood cabinets, granite countertops, all stainless appliances, including dishwasher and built in microwave. It's fully stocked with dishes, utensils, small appliances - everything you'll need for dining in. Enjoy it's cozy living room with leather furnishings from Scandinavian Design and a wall mounted flat screen tv, two bedrooms each with their own wall mounted flat screen TV, private fenced backyard with screened porch and small travertine patio with propane fire pit. Perfectly located, this property sits just .1 miles from Lake Seminole across from Lake Seminole Park, and it's just 3.5 miles west on Park Blvd. to the oceanfront Gulf Blvd. at Indian Shores Beach. From Ft. Desota Beach in the South to Clearwater Beach to the North, Pinellas County beaches front the Gulf of Mexico, and are some of highest rated beaches in the country. Seminole City Center Retail and Entertainment District is within walking distance, with shops, restaurants, a theater, gyms, etc., as is Lake Seminole Park and Seminole Waterfront Park. You can skip the rental car and simply Uber to the beach, or any other nearby places you just have to see like Busch Gardens, Sunken Gardens or the Dali Museum in St. Pete - you can literally take a short walk to get anywhere else you need to go. We even have a church and a Walgreen's so close we share property lines : )

Simply Fantastic!

Cindy was such a gracious host. She’s bubbly and warm, made us feel right at home! Came for a weekend beach trip and this was perfect as it was only 15-20 min from the beach and there’s many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so the location was perfect. We highly recommend staying here; great experience overall.

Henry, as I've explained several times, to you and to VRBO in response to your repeated complaints, it is impossible for me to address your perception of the smell of "weed" in one of the bedrooms when noone else smells anything. Neither myself, the guests before you, the guests after you nor any of the three separate individuals I asked to inspect found any smell. I was awakened at 3:30 AM by this complaint and arrived at the property at 9:00 AM to assess and assist - no smell.

It was a very cute little house that fit all of our needs. My mother and I stayed here together. The host is kind and responsive. Very easy check in and check out. There's a Walgreens close by also, which was quite convenient. I would stay here again.

Great location and host

Needed a weekend spot to use as home base to say goodbye to friends and family… and this place is close to the beach, Gandy, and groceries. Neighborhood is cute. The guest room bed is a trundle and not the most comfortable but the primary was good. The porch and yard are adorable. Most of the house was clean- but it looks like a guest put a dirty pan back in the cabinet. Really good value - and friendly host. Would stay there again, for sure.

Perfect little space

We came to town for the weekend to visit my aunt, this place was 1 block from her home so it was a perfect location to sit and visit. We had small dogs so the backporch area with yard was perfect. We will definitely check for this place when we come again.

This host is so rude I truly can’t believe they allow people like this to be a host. Upon checking into this unit the smell of stale cigarets and weed instantly hit us upon walking thru the door. It was late at night being 11 pm and we didn’t know what to do. We called VRBO and they told us to call the host. Called the host with no answer. We then locked up and left getting a hotel room. Hours later the host called back and is instantly so rude and aggressive it was crazy. Thank god my wife started recording so Vrbo could hear how terrible this lady is. Just trying to warn you.

Nicoholas, you called my cell 5 times between 1:30- 2:00 AM and woke me up due to a non emergency. You proceeded to demand a full refund for a smell that I am quite confident was not organic to our property. You claimed the property, "reeked of weed and cigarettes". Two days prior to this checkin when I cleaned personally, there was no smell and it remained vacant until your checkin. The property has been non smoking as long as we have owned it, since 2006. I sent my co host to inspect the morning after checkin, and she found no smell. I personally inspected the following morning when I was back in town - again, the only smell is the lightest of scents from our air fresheners. My "rude" response was to tell you I was not able to address a non emergency at 2 AM, that I would inspect as soon as possible and follow up. You did not respond to my subsequent outreach.

Decent stay in convenient location

Just 40 min. from TPA & 25 from PIE airport. 14 min. from beach. Quaint & fairly quiet location 1 block from busy Park Blvd. & Seminole St. Lots to do within short driving distance. If internet was better, I’d give it 5 stars. Host did her best to remedy issue. Overall this was clean, comfy & convenient.

A nice property in a central Seminole location.

This rental is appropriately priced in the medium-range of Seminole properties. Pay close attention to the pictures and the guest comments so you know what to expect. The rental is compact and well-lived in. Limited space to unpack. Because of its north orientation and black furniture, the unit seems dark (and is blessedly cool!) on the inside. The small shower would be challenging for larger adults, though the water pressure was excellent. The owner was very helpful throughout, and the check-in process clearly laid out. The full-size kitchen was fine, but be prepared to furnish your own coffee and spices. Great location for Seminole; good value for the price.
