Fall Line complex is located just above South Ridge main lodge and the Perfect Turn ski school. After a day on the slopes head back to the unit, get out of your gear, grab your swimsuit and head to the heated pool and hot tub to relax. The two private decks have views of the slopes and the fireworks! Guests can wake up, make breakfast in the kitchen with full size appliances and still be close enough for first chair! Easily stop back in for a quick lunch, prepare and enjoy a full dinner or try one of the nearby restaurants. The owners of this unit have made it their second home and are looking for families that will treat the unit the same way. This unit is set up perfectly to comfortably accommodate a family with a queen bed and an upgraded trundle bed in the bedroom and pullout sofa in the living room. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
