Pristine 3-bed, 2-bath condo nestled in a quiet, gated community at the base of Scottsdale Mountain with lush desert landscapes and beautiful views throughout. Spend your downtime in the large, heated community pool with spa, spacious workout facility, and indoor/outdoor common areas. 5-minute drive to several mountain trailheads. Quick, easy drive into the heart of Scottsdale to the west or into beautiful Fountain Hills to the east.

Open floorplan with a fully-equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining room, living room, and back patio. The master bedroom with oversized, dual-vanity bathroom and walk-in closet are to the right of the living room. The guest bedroom, laundry room, and guest bathroom (also dual-vanity) are to the left of the living room. The third bedroom/office is located next to the kitchen with a west-facing view. All bedrooms are equipped with a 55" flatscreen smart tv. The living room seats 5-6 adults comfortably with a gas fireplace and a 65" flatscreen smart tv.

Pricing includes regular cleanings by a professional cleaning staff (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bed linens, trash removal).

~Check-in time is at 3:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind.

~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.

~Renter must pass a tenant screening and sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~We require a $500 security deposit and a $250 cleaning fee per visit ($250 total for consecutive visits).

~No pets. This applies to the renters and all guests. $1000 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of an animal detected in the home.

~No Smoking. This rule applies to the entire premises (inside and outside). $1000 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence of there being smoke in the home, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~No large gatherings.

Beautiful setting!

This property is just beautiful. Mountains and the pool area are amazing. A few cleaning details needed going over along with several maintenance issues. These got taken care of, and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Peaceful retreat just outside the city

The setting was beautiful and surrounded by mountains. Gorgeous pool. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked. Kimber was very responsive in communication. The outdoor balcony had amazing views! Very clean. Loved having full washer and dryer. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

My family and I have lived all over. I'm originally from Oklahoma which is where my husband and I met. Since then we've lived in San Diego, Baltimore, Dallas and Scottsdale. We have 4 kids and spend our downtime hiking, playing soccer, riding bikes, and trying new restaurants. I love hosting because it connects me to guests from all over the country. Some are relocating (like I've done several times), some come for business travel, and many come to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather, scenic views and unique Scottsdale lifestyle.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is lovely. It's quiet with large community areas and plenty of parking. The HOA organizes several activities throughout the year and many run on a weekly basis. The landscaping and views from every window are absolutely beautiful. It's a very peaceful place to be.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is in a great location in the neighborhood with great views and quiet neighbors. It's a very short walk from the pool and gym. We offer regular house cleaning to guests who book stays of 30 days or more so your time can be spent relaxing instead of cleaning.
