This was a great experience. We had 12 people, 6 adults and 6 teenagers, and we all loved it. The space was great for all of us. The access to the water was so convenient and fun. The views were stunning. And Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house had about everything that we needed and offered a comfortable place to relax, have fun, cook, play games, enjoy the water, and enjoy the views. Thank you for the great experience!

Property is great for a large family gathering. Roomy for everyone to be gathered in one place, but offers lots of private places smaller groups can peel off and do they're on thing. Sitting on the boat was one of my favorite places to hang out.

Great house with lots of space

Was perfect for our family. We all felt we had our own space but common areas big enough to accommodate us hanging out together. Would definitely book again if back in the area.

Every thing was great and we had a great stay. The property is exceptionally well stocked but only could find no cooking tools for the gas or charcoal grills, and gnats were a little prolific. (Time of year). Easily gotten rid of with some repellent that was on hand. Some more deck furniture to enjoy the river views more would be good. But we would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again!

I'm so glad you enjoyed the property! Thanks for letting me know about the grill tools. I have labeled the cabinet where there are for future guests. The patio furniture was just under a cover on the deck and I have now uncovered it for the summer.

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house was amazing. We had 7 children ranging from 9-20 and there was something to do for all. The kids enjoyed fishing, kayaking, playing yard games (spike ball, Cornhole: really nice set, badminton,) roasted marshmallows at the fire pit). We grilled out and hung out in the deck with amazing views. Sat in the very nice hot tub also with the view of the water. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. We cooked all meals here all weekend. They have an entire book shelf with board games and puzzles. The beds were extremely comfortable. Brian was there for every question we had all weekend. He was amazing! We will definitely be back.
