Unwind on the plush sofas in the Great Room and turn on the 82" Smart TV. When you get a little chilly, turn on the gas fireplace and warm up the space. Grab some fresh air on the expansive back deck with ample outdoor seating, views of the river, and a gas grill, or cozy up in the lower level family room with wood fireplace. Pontoon and Jet Ski Pricing

Pontoon: $300 per day with a two consecutive day minimum. $1,800 for 7 days.
Pontoon seats up to 12 people and is 14' wide x 24' long. Powered by a 115 HP 4 stroke mercury motor.
Jet Ski: $300 per day with a two consecutive day minimum. $1,800 for 7 days.
3 seater Yamaha Waverunner with 1800 cc engine. Max speed approximately 65 MPH.
Waiver required for each. Must be signed and returned prior to rental.
6 gallons of Gas is included. Gas container provided. 91 octane non-oxygenated Gas required and can be purchased at Speedway Gas Station near home.

Maximum 2 pets at $150 each

Our property is on what is known as the six mile recreational Mississippi River pool and is always flowing. Non stagnant water avoids many issues that area lakes are experiencing such as swimmers itch, algae and weeds. Book your vacation on the river!
