☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are six carefully curated bedrooms across three levels to ensure every member of your family enjoys a wonderful sleep every night of their vacation. All of the rooms feature beautiful wooden furniture and nature-inspired decor that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

On the main floor, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom contains a double vanity and both a standing shower and a jacuzzi tub so you can choose between a luxurious soak or a refreshing shower.

The second bedroom on the main level is perfect for the kids in your group, with a unique twin-over-twin bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is one bedroom located downstairs on the lower level with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a stone electric fireplace and a private bathroom with a standing shower. There’s a half bath on both the main level and downstairs to cater to the common areas.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper level. The first of these is the perfect slumber party room, with two twin beds, two full beds, and two custom-built queen-sized beds. Each bed has its own storage space and dimmable reading lights. Anyone who needs to get some work done during their stay can do so on the desk in this room, which seats two people.

The second bedroom on the top floor has a plush king-sized bed and access to a private deck that offers breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte. Finally, the third bedroom contains a full bed and a twin bed. There is a full bathroom shared between this room and the king room next door. Each bathroom features fresh towels, a hairdryer, and Ginger Lily Farms shampoo and body wash for your convenience.

There are also two pull-out sofa beds located in the living room and the loft to accommodate any additional guests.


☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

The spacious kitchen is perfect for creating decadent feasts while socializing with friends and family. You’ll find everything you’ll need to whip up some food, including stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and plenty of cabinet space.

The kitchen is shared with the elegant dining area which receives plenty of natural light from the large windows. Enjoy stunning views while eating a delicious meal with friends and family.

Make your way to the comfortable lounge which features comfortable seating for your group on the sofa and armchairs. Sit back, relax, and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or get some work done using the free wifi.


☆☆ MOVIE ROOM + GAME ROOM ☆☆

You’ll find a charming theater room located downstairs with a huge sofa and bean bag chair so everyone in your group can gather around and enjoy some quality time together while watching a movie on the large screen. Don’t forget to enjoy a steamy session in the sauna on this lower level.

For more entertainment, get competitive in the game room! Located on the main floor, this room is perfect for challenging friends and family to foosball or arcade games. Younger children will love the indoor playhouse.


☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

Enjoy the ultimate outdoor living experience with two spacious decks located downstairs and on the main floor as well as a private deck accessed from the king bedroom upstairs.

On the main level, you can access the deck from the living area. Step out and enjoy a revitalizing soak in the hot tub or sit back on one of the plush outdoor sofas with a glass of wine and take in the incredible views. On warm evenings, this is the perfect place to enjoy meals that have been grilled up on the BBQ. The rest of you stay warm and make s’mores around the fire pit.

Downstairs, you’ll find another deck with plenty of seating, and a portable putting green. If you don’t feel like playing games, enjoy swaying on the porch swing and watching the action, or just breathe the fresh air while enjoying being immersed in nature.

Ideally located in a quiet area, this spacious cabin is the perfect destination for large groups and offers easy access to several local attractions, including the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, and The Island!

The roads to the cabin are two-way (except the last 100 meters) and not too steep, so although you will have 2 miles of windy road up the Ski mountain from Gatlinburg Welcome Center, you don't really need 4WR (though we might recommend it during the winter when it snows). The last 100 meters to the cabin is a one-way road and a little steep. Free parking is available for up to 7 cars at the front of the property.


☆☆ ACCESS TO CLUBHOUSE ☆☆

Our guests get free access to the North Clubhouse which offers 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, a walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games. The pool is open from 9:00am - 9:00pm between Memorial Day weekend and Labor day. The North Clubhouse is closed Wednesdays for maintenance.

The North clubhouse also has a private banquet room available at an additional charge for family reunions, meetings, wedding receptions, and other events. Please contact us for additional information.

Optional services (additional cost):

☀ Grill & firepit: the grill and firepit (on the main porch) are free to use. However, no propane provided. No refund for unused propane.
*NOTE: we might be replacing the gas grill and firepit with a new charcoal grill in the next few months.

☀ Pets: we welcome pets of all sizes as long as they are house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. There is an additional fee for pets. Please contact host if you plan on bringing more than 2 pets.

We do our best to make all visits as enjoyable as possible by having regular pest control services, but we can't guarantee that you won't see any insects. We are close to nature so there may also be some animals around and we can't control where they play!

Because the above situations are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for them.
