Spend your holidays in HOLIDAY, FL! We welcome you to our cozy, fully renovated house with a large, heated, and private in-ground pool. The house has three bedrooms and enough room for 7 guests, along with two full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with all cookware essentials needed if you are feeling like cooking. There are many takeaway places nearby to order from.

The house is equipped with everything you may need for your getaway vacations. The pool is heated and private - fully fenced - allowing you to kick back and relax. If you do not feel like sitting in the pool and going to the beach instead? That's fine, all beach equipment is provided such as beach umbrellas, beach chairs, goggles, beach towels and kids' toys. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, despite being minutes away from US-19 where many stores are located. The entire house is for your use and enjoyment.

No shoes of any type are allowed in the pool. Please do not swim with shoes on. Shoes will leave streaks/marks in the pool.
POOL HEATING is an additional charge of 30$ per number of days you are staying. The heater will be turned on 1-2 days before your arrival. Set to 80F
Bookings of 7+ nights need to put out the trash bins to be collected on MONDAY or THURSDAY. Put them out the night before.

Great month!

House was perfect for guests coming and going during my month stay. It was equipped with everything that we needed. Location was ideal for shopping and restaurants. Easy trips to Tampa airport. Not as busy as Clearwater area so was easier getting around.

Beautiful vacation home

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. Our party ranges from small kids to adults and everyone enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as described and the host was very helpful. This home has everything you need to operate efficiently on your vacation. It is centrally located to lots of shops and attractions. There are several beach options within a reasonable drive. We loved having the pool for the evenings and rainy days. Everything was great!
