The Space:
Come stay in Cleveland’s hottest neighborhood. We are located in the heart of Tremont and an unbeatable location - only a few minute walk to amazing restaurants, bars, craft coffee shops and lively art scene (please see our map for more details)! The area is very safe to walk around and enjoy what this city has to offer.
The attention to detail, quality of construction and extensive upgrades is off the charts! Pictures and words just do not do this house justice. Our professionally designed and decorated home provides these great amenities:

- 3 Casper king bedrooms upstairs and double queen bunk beds in the basement
- 3 full bath and one half bath
- open floor plan and welcoming living room with custom fireplace

You will be given clear directions and parking once you book.
Getting Around:
Please check out listing photos for an area map of all the walkable restaurants, bars, a coffee shops. You really can't beat this location and have so many choices within a short walk. There are also Lime and Spin scooters and bicycles all over around Tremont. Uber and Lyft can quickly get you a majority of hotspots within minutes.
Other Things to Note:
This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.
HOUSEKEEPING:
•There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
TRASH DISPOSAL:
•Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the side of the house.
RULES AND GUIDELINES:
•We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home.
•For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is NO smoking or pets allowed inside the house.
•This cozy home does not allow for large gatherings or parties (if you break this rule you will be asked to leave from landlord and police department)
•Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is not permitted. Our team has carefully designed the layout for both functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the condition of the property and to prevent any potential damage.
•An additional fee will be charged if the number of guests exceeds the declared count.
•Checkout time is at 10 am. Late checkout incurs a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.

•Pet Cleanup $500 - $1000 (Minimum) depends on the severity

Please note by booking that you consent to a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Fur Babies are allowed at the house (under 30 lbs.) If guest brings a pet and they leave the house, the pet must be in a cage until they return. Pet Fees are $99/pet if reported before check-in and $200/pet if observed on the property but not paid for prior to check-in.
