Traffic in the Cleveland area is very light compared to major cities. All of the above mentioned are within a 5–25-minute radius.

There are no parties allowed, but if you have a reasonable request for a small gathering, please contact me. I will be happy to discuss what I can authorize.

Please be aware that in order to continue operating this house in this neighborhood I need to strictly adhere to their parking rules. There is parking for 6 vehicles in the driveway and garage. There is no parking on the lawn, curbs, sidewalks, street, or neighbors' driveways. This neighborhood does not allow cars to park on streets at any time. Please pass this info to all guests ahead of time and please understand how important this is.

This house is designed for a great time, and I think your stay will be a memorable one. We also need to be good neighbors and not become a nuisance property. Outdoor loud activity should be kept at a minimum. Your effort to keep me in good standing with the community is necessary and appreciated.
