Edelweiss is a chalet-style condo building that was completed in the 1980s..... Edelweiss Condominiums is a close community that welcomes its guests with open arms! It is nestled in the middle of the Whitefish Mountain Resort Village, just a few steps away from the Chair Lifts, and a short drive to charming downtown Whitefish! The William Condo is a
one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with a full kitchen, free wi-fi, updated flooring, fireplace, and bathroom...... In addition, there is a patio that looks uphill toward Big Mountain's summit...... While staying at the William Condo, you'll get access to the on-site hot tub, sauna, and coin-operated laundry room..... *Jan 2023-Hot Tub is currently under renovation and will not be available at this time......

The view is the star

You are paying for the view for sure. It’s stunning. The apartment is nice and in a great position, but it’s very tired now in some ways. Main items - kitchen needs urgent updating as does the patio furniture.

Great cozy condo

We stayed 6 days in this condo. Everything was very nice and ready to go. Super close to the ski lifts made the ski in ski out amazing. Also every close to the bars and restaurants. Everything thing about the stay there was great. We will definitely be staying in the condo everytime we come back to Whitefish Montana. I highly recommend staying here

Convenience is Everything

Having the lifts right outside your door is what keeps us coming back to the Edelweiss. Our condo was simple and clean and had everything we needed. Ali was an excellent host and we had a good and direct line of communication the whole time. The only thing worth mentioning is that the second bed (in the living room) is an air mattress and that wasn’t mentioned in the listing and wasn’t what we were expecting. As it stands, the air mattress was more comfortable than a pullout couch or a Murphy bed, but it takes up a lot of the living room space. This wasn’t an issue for us, and the bed was comfy, but I can see that it could catch others off guard.

Quaint Condo for Two

We had an overall wonderful stay at this cozy ski condo. The balcony view literally lets you know the weather conditions and how busy the lift(s) look. The kitchen provides primary cookware, but grocery shop beforehand to stock up on any sugar, ground coffee, butter, and other essentials. If you forget something, there is a 24-hr market within walking distance from the condo which was a lifesaver numerous times during the week. The bedroom also has a great view of the slopes and a comfy bed, but we were unable to use the TV due to a missing power cord. We slept in the livingroom a couple of nights on the queen blowup mattress that was provided in the bedroom armiore. It was cozy laying by the fireplace while watching our roku. We were unable to access the cable TV provided but thankful we brought our roku. I feel we would stay here again next year.

Why they chose this property

The William Condo is a cozy condo with some upgrades. This swiss-style chalet is in the heart of the Whitefish Mountain Ski resort. The building is the CLOSEST housing to WMR's chair 1 & 2, just a short walk to the lift lines! In addition, there is a private parking lot, on-site laundry, and sauna (the hot tub is under renovation and should be available in Fall 2023)
