The house was nice. We only stayed for 1 night and basically just to sleep. There were barking dogs, but they didn’t bark all night.

The host was amazing! We originally had booked a trip in late January for my birthday but we had to cancel the night before due to an ice storm. The host was incredibly understanding and refunded us our money with no hesitation. They also allowed us to rebook during peek season for the same price. We were able to bring our dog and it ended up being perfect for us!

Property manager was great, there is however an apartment complex directly next to the property with dogs that bark if you dont mind that would be a great place to stay.

The home was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Pet friendly with a large fenced backyard. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Cute and simple cottage, living areas inside are clean and well taken care of. Very bare bones, only 1 mirror and no garbage cans in bedrooms. Wifi barely worked, I was going to work from the house Friday, but glad I took the day off as the wifi barely worked for our phones. Neighbor dogs bark 24/7, luckily we sleep with sound machines so that helped drown the sound a bit. If you bring your dog becareful in the backyard, lots of things for them to get into, light bulbs on the ground, multiole dead animals, a shed that is being held partial open by a board with nails and screws poking out, broken bowls and other items, also, a board is loose on the fence from the aggressive dogs next door trying to come through the fence. Otherwise the stay was fine, location was great for getting to the stadium and downtown in about 15 min! Which is what we were there for mostly.

This was great for me and my dog, we were going to stay with my bother but they came her to spend time with me, we all loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs and would have enjoyed it more in warmer temperatures. I would stay here again!

We stayed only a few hours (6), just to rest before traveling on. We needed a place to stay before catching a 6am flight. The house is close to the airport and you can easily get to the airport in about 15 minutes. The house has minimal furniture, only three adults can sit on the couch. There is a small table with 2 chairs for more seating in the living room as well. The bedroom with the king sized bed could use a small table to put things on, its only a bed in that room. The bedroom with the queen sized bed has a small table. We did not use any of the appliances or cookware/dishes, as we were not there long enough. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you as there are a few dogs around the neighborhood who bark quiet often throughout the night.

This spot was newly renovated. Nice paint with minimalist decoration. Would have loved a lamp in bedrooms to read. Location not ideal for us. Through no fault of the owner, neighbor dogs and traffic noise bothersome.If you are a heavy sleeper this is a gem.

Neighbor's barking dog. Nothing really provided although I did request an iron and the host provided that which made me happy.House is on a very busy road otherwise a great location.High rate for the issues of the dog and no provisions.

The house was nice and was a close drive to downtown. Only complaint which really wasn’t the homeowners fault, was the neighbors dogs. They barked nonstop anytime we went outside and through the night while we tried to sleep.

If you just need a place to sleep for the night and don’t need any frills, this is for you. If you need amenities, maybe consider somewhere else. There was a strange, moldy odor throughout the house and everyone who came in ended up developing sinus and allergy issues — ae’re all going home sick. There were large spiders all around the property, along with gnats, spiders, and mosquitoes inside the home. While no fault of the host, the dogs next door barked nonstop and, with no sound proofing, it was difficult to sleep. We were here for a work event and the internet wouldn’t work, no matter how many times we reset or unplugged it. The tv did not work very well, there was no ice maker or kcups, and no shampoo or shower soap. Unfortunately, the floors were quite dirty and they stained the bottom of our feet and socks, too. We did like that it was pet friendly and we could bring our fur friend on the long work trip, and we also liked how conveniently located it was to Nashville.
