Summary:
2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment is close to everything in Downtown Bay City. Interior Brick walls with 12 foot ceilings & 7 foot windows give views of the park and the Saginaw River. The apartment is close to restaurants, bars, and parks. All communication will be through the booking channel (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, MisterBandB). Access to apps or email is needed for all notifications & communication.

The Space:
Close to everything in Downtown Bay City. This apartment is south-facing on the second floor.

Guest Access:
Self check-in. We provide a parking pass for on-street parking. Parking passes are not needed for one night stays or weekend only stays.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of downtown, you are steps away from shops, eateries, and a conference center. The area is known for being safe and easily walkable. Wenonah Park and Bay City's river walk is less than a block away where many Downtown events take place, including seasonal and major concerts, Riverside Art Festival, Great Lakes Bay Pride Festival, Bay City Fireworks Festival and so much more. We're also near the Bay City Downtown "Feet On The Street" block closures in the summertime, where there is extra seating, free wellness classes, shopping, music and more.

Getting Around:
Park your car and enjoy your river walk from Downtown to Uptown. Many historic neighborhoods East of Downtown provide walking tour.

Other Things to Note:
We provide passes for on-street parking or in city lots nearby.

We do not allow dogs, and Michigan law prohibits the smoking of any substance (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes/vaping) in short term rentals used by the public. A $200 additional cleaning fee will be added to your stay.

There are security cameras located at the front door and in the hallway of the building.

Mainly slept here but Great rental location right above to bar/restaurants, surprisely quiet when inside of the location. Love the walking and accessibility of this location. Clean Air, Clean location, Very cool older brick style apartment, great location for extra family members visiting, couples and adult friends to explore bay city.

Cute place. Simple and tasteful. Beds were nice and comfortable. Linens smelled and looked clean. Nice to be downtown Bay City. Parking is harder to find close by while staying during the weekend. Should probably offer at least 2 parking passes or as many as people need if there are multiple drivers. Instructions were clear and communication was good. Can slightly hear the music of the bar downstairs until close which is expected but kind of funny since you receive multiple text messages about strict "quiet hours" from the host company. They thoughtfully provide a noise maker for each bedroom. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. Toothpaste was splattered all over the walls, sides of the toilet had definitely not been done in awhile and the molding/mop boards were filthy. There were also no additional bedding or blankets that we saw and the smaller bedroom runs on the cooler side. All in all I would stay again.

The host cancelled my reservation on the day of, because he "didn't like my tone" (I asked him for check in instructions). Then he claimed that my credit card was denied and that's why he cancelled, but Vrbo billed me the usual service fee of $20 and my bank confirmed that the card was not denied. Obviously double-booked. Quite rude man, and clearly a place to avoid if you need to count on the reservation being there when you arrive.
