Detached two car garage with level-2 outlet for EV charging. 8 blocks from historic downtown North Bend. Easy access to I-90, Seattle, Bellevue and Snoqualmie Pass.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Copy of Government issued photo ID required prior to check in. Home is fully furnished, no personal furnishings or wall hangings allowed.
No hazardous or commercial materials of any kind allowed on property. EV level 2 charge outlet in garage, guest to supply their own charge chord
Garbage/recycle bins on site. Tenant to move bins to curb weekly for pickup. See rental agreement for a complete list of house rules.

This is an excellent place with a beautiful view of Mt. Si out the family room windows. North Bend is a wonderful little town with many amenities within walking distance of the house. The host was very responsive, and I hope I can stay here again in the future!

Nice place with beautiful view of Mt Si. Everything was well marked so there was no problems figuring things out. Location is close in to town, walk to groceries, restaurants, library and park. Beautiful fall colors for the time we were there.
