You will live in a 65 square meter apartment with 2 separated rooms, a living room separated Bathroom and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are many different restaurants and coffee's nearby and within walking distance accessible.
In front of the House are the bus stations in all direction, you can reach the inner City in 15 min. There are a lot of different bars and very good restaurants and the big Schlossberg from where you can look over the roofs of Graz while enjoying a good Cocktail or drink.
St. Martin Castle can be reached by bus in 7 minutes for a relaxing walk in nature.
There is a parking lot in front of the house where you can easily park your car. In about 7min by car you can reach the highways in all directions ( Salzburg, Linz, Vienna, Carinthia, Slovenia, Hungary)

Mehr als schlecht! Die Einrichtung veraltet und teilweise kaputt! Die Wohnung stank nach Müll! Die Wohnung lag im siebten Stock eines heruntergekommenen Hochhauses. Die dusche war völlig verdreckt.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kamen wir schnell und gut in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der direkten Umgebung vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und problemlos. Vielen Dank!
Uns hat es sehr gefallen, feine Wohnung, gute Verkehrsanbindung, netter Vermieter, Einkaufsmöglichkeit rund ums Haus
