Welcome to your newly updated ultimate private, luxury beach getaway nestled along the serene Forgotten Coast - Salt Aire! This 3-bedroom beach house is a part of our Unico Sol Properties family, where our focus is an ELEVATED guest experience, and it offers an unparalleled beach experience. From its one-of-a-kind private pool, breathtaking ocean views, multiple outdoor spaces, and thoughtfully coastal-chic designed interior, Salt Aire is sure to become your go to home away from home. Please don't leave your 4-legged best friend at home...we are dog friendly (with pet fee) and love hosting the entire family!

The private pool can be heated any time of the year for an additional fee ($60/day and must be heated for the entire stay). The fee is collected after booking.

GETTING AROUND:
Mexico Beach is a short 3.9 miles away, downtown Port St. Joe (8.2 miles) and Cape San Blas (22 miles).

PETS are welcome!
The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking. *An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.*

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Please note, we do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy, regardless of reason. Protect your vacation investment with trip insurance - we cannot be your financial heroes if something happens and you are unable to make the trip.

PARKING:
2-3 mid size vehicles max - parking is permitted directly in front of house in the gravel driveway
A small boat could be accommodated in lieu of a vehicle (please confirm with owner first)
No trailers or campers may be parked onsite
No parking on the grass
No street parking
No parking on the front porch/home entry way

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).

*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

The entire house is yours!

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

The home has 3 ring cameras - one at the front door, back door, and side facing the pool equipment - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

Kate and Phillip are amazing. The property exceeded expectations with the beautiful decor, fabulous view and all the extra touches to make it special. The beds are super comfy. The couch on the first floor is the most comfortable I’ve experienced. The yard was perfect for our two dogs. We spent hours in the pool and many walks on the beach which is steps away. It was truly a perfect experience. I’d give 10 stars if they’d let me.

Wonderful stay - they thought of everything!

The home was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay in the home. They have thought of almost everything you could ever need in the home and made sure there was plenty of it. Kids loved the pool and the fun arcade games were a great bonus! We will stay again whenever we come back to the forgotten coast!

You know when you arrive at a place and you look for what's missing? There is NONE of that here. Kate has thought of everything. I could list all the amenities, but trust me, this spot is special. This house had everything imaginable to make this the perfect family vacation. The 3 min walk to the beach and the view from the back deck made it even more amazing. Fabulous Week at the Beach!

Our family had a great time vacationing at Salt Aire. The house was perfect- so spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Loved having the pool to relax and cool off after a day at the beach. We look forward to staying here again!

This home is the perfect combination of convenience and luxury. Our family of six and our small dog had an amazing vacation thanks to Kate. The house is very nicely appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and the bathrooms, and the bedrooms have good quality beds, pillows and linens. The walk to the beach was easy, but the pool is so nice to have too. With four young children, we really appreciated the door alarms for a little extra peace of mind. One more plus I would add is the abundance of outdoor furniture/places to gather and eat. We stayed 10 nights and never felt like we had to leave for a change of scenery. Thank you for your hospitality, we look forward to coming back!

Even better than we thought

The whole family (parents and 3 teenage daughters) REALLY liked so many things about our week there! The super short walk to beach and having a pool were top of the list. Having 3 different outdoor hang out places was a bigger perk than we expected. Then the overall design, layout, and cleanliness of the interior made it all the more enjoyable and comfortable for all of us. Everyone loved it and we highly recommend! Hope we can come again next year!

Great house and location!

Salt Aire is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The house is beautifully decorated and well cared for. Extra items that were available to us just made our trip easier and better. The pool was so nice with the tanning ledge with lounges and the large adjustable umbrella. The location was perfect. Easy and short walk to the quiet and peaceful beach. And, a short drive to some great restaurants. We also brought our fur-children pack with us. Having our dogs just makes our vacay. The house was accommodating for them as well with a safe fenced yard, available crate and clean up tools. I would absolutely visit here again.

Excellent Getaway Spot

The property was as described, clean, and comfortable. The floor plan is well laid out in a way that feels open with good view to the ocean from the deck. The pool is a great size and very relaxing especially with the sun chairs. The owner provided great accommodations for pool and beach activities such as pool floats, beach chairs, and a beach cart. Beach access is a short walk. The home is pet friendly, it was pet welcoming co with provided pet food bowls and yard scoopers. Would definitely book this property again.

Terrific house at the beach!

This house was exceptionally clean, stocked with plenty of toilet paper and coffee pods. The beds were comfortable and the whole house is a comfortable temperature with separate thermostats. There is a fantastic game table for family fun time and to beat the heat. The pool was very nice, outdoor shaded areas much appreciated, and my favorite place of all was the screened porch for morning and evening chill time! The beach is a short walk, with a very convenient beach access. A couple of stores and food trucks are close by, and a it's an easy drive into Port St. Joe for more food options and a grocery store. The host was incredible, checking in to ensure all was going well! Thanks for hosting your home, we had a great stay!

Oh my heart

For years I have been going on vacation with my parents, my brother, nieces, nephew and my boys. This year was probably one of the most special ones for me. Last year we lost my precious Aunt to cancer and 2 years ago we almost lost Mom to COVID. This vacation was perfect, the house, the beach, the quietness, the pure beauty of our environment made it the most precious time to make memories and brought us some well needed healing and bonding. Between the sunrises, the sunsets, the color of the water, the sand, the rainbows from the occasional rain storm left a lasting imprint on my family. Kate and her husband are amazing hosts, very attentive, very easy to work with, they just made it even more perfect. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to come back again. ♥️♥️
