About this property

A nicely appointed two bedroom with loft townhouse at the Village of Loon. On the entry level you will find a full bathroom and a bedroom with queen size bed. Downstairs is the primary bedroom suite with queen bed, twin day bed, television and a full attached bath. The stacked washer and dryer are located in this primary bath. Above the entry level is the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with air conditioning, gas fireplace and wireless internet. The deck is also accessed from this level. The upper-most level of the townhouse offers the loft with a twin bed, full bed and futon couch.

Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby you will find horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and the scenic gondola sky-ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.

Scottish Fest Nest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodations were very clean and up-to-date we needed 82 beds, but they were only six in a futon leaving to people having to share. The second disappointment was the parking so close to Fix Run I found the heat difficult to work with especially in the front bedroom. This was sad because I really like the location so easy to get back-and-forth. I would recommend this to a friend that only had two cars

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed out stay. However, the A/C floor unit could not cool the unit at all. Fortunately the weather changed and we had wonderful cool weather. Additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room would help immensely in the summer. The electric socket in the upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. Otherwise the unit was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The deck needs work but it certainly looks like outdoor maintenance on the condos was in process as they were newly painted and roofs were replaced.
