A recommendation I would make is to fully enjoy the balconies—an early balcony breakfast at dawn to watch the city wake up or an evening mezzanine spectacle of fireworks during any one of the many holidays in Colombia. Another would be to fanboy or fangirl into any number of your favorite games or matches—from football to fútbol—with friends and family off of the 65” TV screen.

Known as the City of Eternal Spring, the weather in Medellín is practically perfect. You will never feel too cold inside your penthouse. And the elevation of your penthouse is high enough for natural wind to breeze and soothe you from ever feeling too hot.
