This property has better potential, the little things keep it from being perfect

Check in was ok. Young gentleman with his high school shirt on was efficient but not friendly or welcoming. When you start your vacation you want some energy when you come in. Location: excellent, perfect to walk to dining and shops. If you want to splurge, set up concierge service at slopeside. They have lockers and keep your things right at base on centennial lift.Room: beds were excellent with great linens. Room needs hooks and shelving to hang your gear. Bathroom has been updated, but little things like ceiling peeling in shower and paint missing where they fixed the toilet roll holder just make you wonder why no one has fixed this. Furniture in room is scratched and needs updating. Only one small folding chair in room. Needs a bench for seating for putting on and removing gear. Just small changes could make this property so much nicer. We have stayed at 15 properties in BC village. Potential but missing details!
