This is a peaceful and lovely VRBO home. Hosts were great - answered questions via VRBO website quickly. Great Master Bedroom suite with large modern bathroom. Entire home feels as if it were recently renovated inside. Relaxing on back trilevel deck would get 10 stars - modern well appointed kitchen plus having the Spanish Moss walking/biking trail half a block away was a great bonus
We could not believe how wonderful this house was. Wish we could have stayed much longer because we did not get to fully enjoy. Will definitely be staying again.
Beautiful view of the marsh with large, roomie bedrooms. Great location. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Beaufort. 4 stars because there were some unsecured tiles in the primary that need to be fixed.
Great size home. Great location and View. My Family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is charming and was very comfortable. This is a nice place to stay

We picked up my son in Myrtle beach and drove to Beaufort. The house was perfect for the four of us. Great location in relation to where we played golf as well as restaurants. Perfect house. I would definitely stay here again.
This property is a true gem for the price! The house is huge and has the most beautiful back yard! Definitely keeping this property on my list to come back to!

Pretty good
The house was in a great location close to the Spanish loss trail and close a dock on the trail for fishing. The house wasn’t very clean in regards to it had cobwebs in the corners and a hole in the wall on the first bedroom and tiles coming up in the master bath. It was fine for the days we were there. We wouldn’t book it again.
I enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and accessible. The pictures dont do the home justice. The home and area are beautiful. I would definitely book again.
What a terrific house. We loved everything about it. It was spacious, clean, well stocked, had an incredible view and location was near both the historic downtown Beaufort and the Spanish Moss Trail. Check in and communication with owner was easy. We can’t wait to come back.

Average but large home
Bathrooms need a good cleaning and house had a slight smell, when we arrived and during our stay. Water pressure was fine for cold water but low hot water pressure and very low shower pressure. Could be a great house given the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for this price.
My only suggestion for this property would be to add USB outlets or include them in the lamps. Only because I forgot my charging block ... Everything was perfect and I'll stay here again if available on dates needed
Check in process was super easy. Im not familiar with passcode locks so it took a few tries on how to lock the door which were not included with the instructions given. The pictures dont do justice for how much space the house actually has. The "Master" bathroom could use a some patch work. I stepped on a tile and it popped up off the floor. The back yard is huge so kids have plenty of space to run around. Overall, its a nice place and plenty of space for a large group.
The house was sizable for a group of 6 adults. We stayed 4 nights for a long weekend for a family wedding. The drive to the downtown area was short. We were a block from the Spanish Trail and enjoyed a great walk on a beautiful day. The house was spacious for our group and having 2 family rooms w TVs. We used the kitchen for breakfast. We would have liked to spent more time outside and as other reviews said outdoor furniture would have been a great touch since the weather was great. We sat on build in bench.
